We offer a comprehensive range of surveying services in Michigan and Indiana to support your project from start to finish. Below is a description of the survey services that we provide:

Topographical Survey — Maps the natural and man-made features of a property, including elevation changes, trees, structures, and visible utilities. Commonly used for design and planning purposes.

Land Division / Property Split — Documents the proposed boundaries and legal descriptions of a parcel of land so it can be divided into two or more separate lots.

Land & Easement Documents — Prepares legal descriptions and sketches for easements, rights-of-way, and other land interests that affect how a property may be used or accessed.

Parcel Line Adjustment — Documents the reconfiguration of a shared boundary between existing parcels without creating any new lots.

Construction Staking — Places physical markers in the field based on engineered plans to guide contractors during construction.

Boundary Survey — Establishes the legal boundaries of a property based on deeds, plats, and field measurements. Helpful for resolving disputes, fence placements, and real estate transactions.

As Constructed Survey — Provides locations and elevations of completed improvements such as buildings, utilities, or roads for comparison with approved plans or required setbacks.

ALTA/NSPS Survey — A comprehensive survey meeting national standards required by title companies and lenders for commercial real estate transactions. Identifies boundaries, easements, encroachments, and more.

LOMA / Elevation Certificate — Provides official documentation of a structure’s elevation relative to the base flood elevation. A LOMA can be used to request removal from a flood zone designation.
